For normal hair, apply once a week in the shower, leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse. For dry hair, more frequent use is recommended. Apply evenly to clean, damp hair from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

If your hair is extremely dry or damaged due to chemical treatments, apply to towel-dried hair after bathing, avoiding the roots. Wrap your hair in a towel and, if possible, leave it on overnight. Rinse in the morning. As an alternative, this treatment can also be done at the salon with the use of a steamer.
